Zinc Fume Extraction System:
GALVATECH pioneers zinc white fume extraction with quality components from corrosion-resistant Thermoplastics.
Efficiently removes zinc oxide particles and ammonium chloride emissions during steel-zinc immersion.
Integrated system includes a fume extraction hood, dust-collecting cyclone, and zinc fume wet scrubber for clean emissions.
Offers three extraction methods: Lip type, Fixed, and Crane mounted.
Lip Type Fume Extraction Duct:
Strategically mounted on one side of the kettle for efficient placement.
High velocity suction effectively pulls out fumes over the furnace.
Robust rectangular design made from thick MS metal sheet.
Coated with high-temperature resistant paint for durability in hot environments
