HL Galvatech’s pretreatment tanks are engineered for maximum reliability and long service life under demanding galvanizing conditions. Each tank is precisely designed for degreasing, pickling, rinsing, and fluxing of black steel to ensure the highest-quality surface preparation before galvanizing. We supply complete pretreatment systems as well as individual process tanks, all integrated with heavy-duty support structures and acid-proof isolation for safety, performance, and easy maintenance.
We manufacture our tanks exclusively from Roechling (Germany) Polypropylene (PP) sheets, renowned for chemical resistance, mechanical strength, and dimensional stability. Support frames use RHS (Rectangular Hollow Sections) with a protective epoxy system to isolate the structure from chemical exposure. Each tank is designed using RITA 3 (Roechling Integrated Tank Design) and built to DVS Technical Codes, with fold-bent sheet technology to minimize welds and butt-fusion end joints to create homogeneous, stress-free seams—eliminating leakage, cracking, and premature failure.
