HL Galvatech kettles are fabricated from low-silicon, low-carbon steel and built for extreme thermal endurance. Each plate is ultrasonically tested, radiography-verified, and stress-relieved to resist molten-zinc attack. Optimized geometry (rounded corners, controlled wall thickness) prevents distortion and promotes smooth zinc flow; heat shields and dross-protection zones extend service life. In combination with our furnace, kettles maintain ±1 °C uniformity at 450–460 °C, supporting high productivity with minimal zinc loss. Available in 4–17 m lengths, QA-certified, and ready to install.
