At HL Galvatech Pvt Ltd, our Pulse-Fired High-Velocity Furnace delivers industry-leading fuel economy and coating consistency. The system achieves ~95% thermal efficiency with ≈ 10–11 kg LPG/ton (vs. conventional 20–22 kg/ton). High-velocity burners generate intense turbulence around the kettle, maintaining ±1 °C bath uniformity and enabling fast temperature pickup (~1.5–2 min/°C). A rigid, fully automatic design—ceramic-fiber insulated, Ni-Cr shielded, and modeled in SolidWorks 3D—ensures long kettle life, rapid response, and safe, low-maintenance operation. Optional heat-recovery coils can supply dryers/pretreatment, saving up to 18% extra fuel. Furnaces ship pre-assembled with insulation, burners, controls, and pipework for quick site installation.
