We design bespoke extraction systems for pickling/electroplating that neutralize toxic vapors at the source. PP/FRP slot hoods, acid-proof ducting/fans, and packed-bed or venturi scrubbers remove up to ~99% of acid fumes. Systems include alkali dosing with pH control, drift eliminators, and low pressure-drop layouts for energy-efficient, compliant operation—keeping work areas clean, visible, and odor-free.
