HL Galvatech Material Transfer Trolleys are engineered for heavy-duty, high-temperature operations, enabling efficient and safe movement of jigs, components, and structural assemblies between pretreatment, drying, and galvanizing stations. Each trolley is fabricated from MS or SS structural frames, equipped with heat-resistant PU or cast-iron wheels, and precision bearings for silent, low-friction travel.
Available in both manual and motorized versions, our trolleys can handle up to 30 tons per jig. Optional guiding rails, limit sensors, parking locks, and PLC-based drive integration enable synchronized operation with conveyors and hydraulic lifters.
